Key Products Include Sleeves, Rollers, Cylinders for Web Converting Industry
MECA Solutions, an innovative manufacturer and engineering provider of mechanically engraved cylinders, sleeves, rollers and precision machining, has launched an updated website that highlights its range of services primarily geared toward customers in the web converting industry.
The new site, found at https://www.mecagb.com/, offers a comprehensive look at the wide range of products and engineering services the company provides customers throughout North America while posting some of the fastest turnaround times in the industry. MECA, previously known as MECA Technology & Machine, also introduced a new logo to go with its updated name.
“Our goal is to earn the right to be our customers’ preferred supplier every time they place an order,” said Paul Schulz, MECA’s CEO. “This updated website is the first step in the communications process for converters who may not be familiar with our capabilities.”
MECA’s three primary product lines include: rollers and cylinders for web handling and converting; sleeves for the converting and printing industries; and precision machining and refurbishment services.
MECA manufactures products to precise customer performance standards to withstand increasingly fast line speeds. The company offers aluminum, stainless steel and carbon fiber, along with its own lightweight proprietary composites that produce lower inertia to minimize strain on the substrate.
The company’s precision machining capabilities generate tight-tolerance components from materials ranging from aluminum, brass, bronze to cast iron, nylon, steel, stainless steel and others.
“One of the biggest advantages of working with MECA is our ability to design custom products for virtually any application,” Schulz said. “This includes reverse-engineering obsolete or hard-to-find components that extend the life of existing assets.”
